This post will serve to thank you for your continued support and interest, and will also serve to announce that we are closing in May of this year. To that end, our next 2 open weekends will be sale events. On Friday and Saturday, April 6 and 7, I will feature as much of my spring and summer inventory as I can fit into the shop (hoping for nice weather). You will receive a 20% discount on everything. Then on May 11 and 12, we’ll have our final sale - complete inventory at 40% off. I hope these dates work for you, and, again - thanks so much for all your support. It’s snowing outside, but it’s Spring at Hometiques! After a couple of months off (shopping and staging), I’m looking forward to reopening on March 2 and 3. Friday hours are 10-5 and Saturday from 10-4. More details and photos to follow.

Hometiques has closed for the year, after a fun and successful 10 month run. Much of our inventory has migrated to O'Town Marketplace in downtown Ottumwa. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to all my customers - be assured that I am out shopping for something I know you will love and I will re-open on March 3, 2017. It's looking a lot like Christmas here! I wanted to remind you all of our 'special' hours this weekend due to the Tour of Homes. The shop will be open Friday (Dec. 2) from noon to 8:00 P.M. And Saturday from 9:00 to 2:00. tickets to the tour are not required for folks who only want to shop, but are available here if you would like to participate in the tour.
Thanks so much for your support this year - this is our final shopping opportunity at the Bladensburg Road shop till March of next year! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

It's time for Christmas at Hometiques! The shop will be open Dec. 2 and 3 - with some great special features. My home is open for the Ottumwa tour of Homes on Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. and on Saturday morning from 9:00 to noon, so the shop will have special hours this time:
Friday, the 2nd from noon to 8:00 and Saturday, the 3rd from 9:00 to 2:00. You can shop Hometiques without touring the homes, but remember the special hours.
