Final washing process of a rug..!!
Before we do final touch up on a rug in India, this is how we sanitized and wash rugs and then make sure everything is ok. It’s really a tedious work but that’s how it can be done.

I saw on Saturday outside my showroom couple of families talking each other and then I point out a most beautiful small little girl. I could not resist myself and going out and talk to her in front of their parents. I come inside and bring her a beautiful small white rug for her bedroom and see what today she sent a picture drawing for me with her aunt. Best day in my life today.....

Since this year is little hard for all of us. We are giving one of the best rug padding for runners free. They cost at-least 50 usd a piece. Please stop by and we make sure you get it at no cost. We have approximately 200 runners padding to give in our local community. Tips appreciated.

We purchased a beautiful rug from Shawn 18 months ago. After enjoying the rug for one year we noticed that it was not wearing well. Shawn came out to our home to inspect the rug and promptly agreed that there was an issue with the rug. Shawn agreed to replace the rug with a comparable or better rug. We chose several rugs for Shawn to bring to our home for review. We ultimately purchased two new rugs. Shawn was sincere and professional the entire time. He was a pleasure to work with and we intend to continue to do business with him.

Rugs by Shawn is first rate. Shawn's zeal of customer service, quality products and buying directly from India farmers is a true inspiration. His wife and partner Sujata (hope I spelled that right) is as passionate as he is about doing the right thing, doing good by customers and suppliers. What a great couple. I bought two large and lovely outdoor rugs from Shawn in July, but among the times of overseas shipping, hurricane evacuations and my absence up north, their delivery was delayed. When that first happened, Shawn offered that the cost would be refunded, but I really liked the look of the rugs, and was willing to wait. Shawn kept me posted by text and phone, and today they were delivered and they are perfect. He moved all the furniture on my porch and laid them out.
I have a number of Asian tribal and other rugs, so plan to have him clean them in the future.
