Community spotlight:

Mr. L came by to have us inspect the rifle and scope he purchased from another local FFL. Upon inspection we discovered the scope was not set to the proper eye relief for him. After making some adjustments, Mr. L asked if we offered any training sessions to help him sight in the scope and teach him some basic marksmanship skills. I was excited to tell him that Big Daddy Guns would be honored to serve him. We scheduled a time and met Mr. L at his property for the training session. I quickly discovered there was an issue with the his set up. I completely removed the scope and rings, I observed several pieces of tape used to shim the rings to the mounting rail. He was very upset and requested we order him a new rifle and scope because he was over the issues with his current set up. We ordered him a new CZ 22 and mounted (properly) a new Leupold scope. I return to Mr. L's property and within a few shots had him sited in. He was shooting half dollar sized groups by the time we completed his training and was ecstatic! We are proud to offer these sessions to our valued customers and look forward to serving our community.
