Outdoor Adventures at the SRC gives students the opportunity to explore, learn and enjoy outdoor opportunities. Located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, this Los Angeles area is central enough to allow access to many outdoor areas

such as the pacific coastline, the national forest, the foothills, and the desert. With these natural wonders so close, it allows us to enjoy a wide range of activities like day hikes, backpacking, camping, rock climbing, surfing, nature walks, skiing, and snowboarding. Students participating in outings will learn how to recreate safety in the great outdoors, in addition to developing an understanding of our natural surroundings, leading to the ability to enjoy and appreciate our earth’s natural beauty and all it has to offer! VIRTUAL OFFICE HOURS: Mon.-Fri. 10AM-3PM

We’re thrilled to once again team up with our 2024 WROLC Keynote Speaker, Pattie Gonia, for her SAVE Her! Tour, an all-ages environmental drag show raising awareness about climate change and actionable solutions. 🌍👑
Join us at her Los Angeles stop on June 13th! It’s the perfect way to celebrate Pride Month and our planet! 💚 Last year, Pattie inspired us at the conference, and now we can’t wait to see her light up the stage.
Pattie is a critically acclaimed drag queen, environmentalist, and organizer. Don’t miss this unforgettable event. ✨ Grab tickets in our bio!
