...I am heartbroken..our 17 year old kitty, Ebay (E-bunny) died peacefully at home tonight..we rescued him from a cattery in 1999..he lived and worked 'cuteness' at our store..alongside 'Stray'..for 8 years..he was quite the celebrity in Roosevelt Park ..people used to come in just to visit the two..and the police chief loved him..when Stray died in 2008, he moved home and lived his remaining years in retirement..he is survived by his humans..mom, dad, & brother JJ,.. and.. Nippi & Nunni..his kitty sister & brother; and niece, Tiger..he was preceded in death by many other siblings throughout the years..he was a good kitty..however..the chipmunks feared him in his younger days..he loved licking the plate, smoked gouda cheese, sleeping on daddy's head, and basking in the sun..he had many nick-names, but my favorite was 'bayster-bellow-bugsy-boo'..dad used to call him 'the bayster'..he will be laid to rest tomorrow morning next to Peppi Place in the shade of the big oak tree..we will forever love you, Bunny-man & will never forget the good times & memories you gave us..RIP, my baby...
