Hi y’all!
My name is Kristi Doolittle, and I am the owner and creative director here at doolittle.wedding. I have been a graphic designer (and a wedding/love/rom-com enthusiast) for more than 13 years and have recently launched my wedding stationery and calligraphy boutique! Because I have a background as a branding designer, I absolutely love and specialize in making each wedding a unique and cohesive brand of its own.
I am an Indiana native but recently moved to Loudoun County with my husband and high school sweetheart, Nathan, and our two adorable dogs, Lacie and Leo. We just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and in that time we’ve lived in Indiana, Florida, and now the Washington, D.C. area, where we've resided for the past 7 years.
I was ready to launch my own business in early 2020 (great timing, I know!) because I was looking for more creative freedom. That is when I launched a graphic design and digital agency. I initially planned to launch 3 businesses all at once, but a global pandemic and life had other ideas. More recently I have launched .celebration , a handmade party decor shop that creates everything you need for events such as bridal showers, kid’s birthday parties, baby showers, etc., and now I'm excited to branch into the wedding industry with .wedding
If I can pull myself away from my businesses (which I love), I like to cycle, dress up for ANY event which involves a theme, watch the Chicago Cubs play baseball, and visit the many incredible wineries in LoCo. I’d also love to pick up the mandolin soon because I love music.
Note in the picture there is a can of God’s sweet nectar, aka Diet Coke: the fuel I run on. Follow me long enough and you’ll see many special appearances of my favorite bev!
If you are getting married and would like to reach out, I would love to chat. I know this can be a crazy time/year(s) for weddings and I am here to help! If you are one of my couples already, friends, or supporters then please know that I adore you and I am so happy that you are here to join me on this journey.
