Do you know how much weigh you should pack when backpacking???

No more than 30% of your body weight. That is including water.

So a 150 lb person should not carry more than a 45 lb pack. A 200 lb person shouldn’t exceed 60 lbs in their pack!

Keep this in mind when buying gear and packing up for your next adventure!
