Connecticut’s three 2026 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Award nominees, including Chef David DiStasi of Materia Ristorante in Bantam, are getting a big sendoff in Mystic Tuesday as they head to Chicago—where winners will be revealed at a June 15 ceremony.
