With the new Loudoun County bag tax, how is that being handled with grocery pickup? I've often gotten one item per bag and would love to have an option for no bags.
Given the bag tax that goes into effect tomorrow/July 1, what options do we have when using the Pick-Up service? Is there a way to forego the plastic bags when using the grocery pick-up service? Thanks!
Do you have Rosary
What a pity that this business never improves, it is supposed to be a corporation that provides excellent products and services, but unfortunately one orders olive, they promise a product and it is a big lie that they have it on the day and time, but to take the money, they are number one because they took it from a credit and now I have to wait until they snore...and when I cancel the order one calls and they only give him a confirmation number but not even an hp apology for the inconvenience...in conclusion you do not have to buy on the page only what they have in the store(s)
Ordered a Delivery Grocery order on Nov. 27, Never arrived and I got a text it would be delayed. Spent several calls and messages trying to talk to a live person. Today I got a partial delivery but was charged for the full 282 .... I want the rest of my order please!!

This Has to be the worst Walmart they do not answer their phone we called every single department and no one answered to include the pharmacy they were supposed to deliver food two hours ago and there's no way to know what the status is of the delivery this is unacceptable their manager should be fired
Walmart Leesburg --A manager or or someone else should be overseeing all registers for issues. Instead of the customer having to go search for someone to help them. If you only have 2 people cashiers open and they are 5 people deep waiting to check out, you may want to open another 1 or 2 registers with actual cashiers. Not everyone wants to use the self check out if their baskets are full. Walmart
Last night I was shopping at your Leesburg store and could not find an item I was looking for. Several associates were stocking shelves and it was about 7 p.m. and not many people were in the store. I stopped and asked a middle aged Hispanic man who was stocking items in the home goods area where the item I was looking for was. He said, "I no speak English" and then went back to stocking the shelf as if I didn't exist. This is not the first time I have had this experience at your store. It's about the fifth. Your associates seem to not want to be bothered with helping a customer find a product so they lie and say they don't speak English. Well, if they don't speak English, how did they conduct an interview with Walmart to get hired, go through orientation and complete the computer training all new associates must go through? How do they read the labels on shelves to know where to place products? How do they drive to get to work everyday if they can't read English signs on the road? How do they set up direct deposit for their paychecks if they don't speak English? But most importantly, why would you hire someone who is going to be out on the floor if they don't speak a lick of English? That's insane. The answer is, these Hispanics are lying when they say they don't speak English. They are just too lazy or feel too inconvenienced to stop what they are doing to help a customer. They obviously don't understand the concept of "customer first" or have a clue about what delivering exceptional customer service is. You need to have some team meetings about this. If I encounter it again, I will be taking my shopping dollars elsewhere - To Target, etc. I am willing to pay higher prices for people who actually WANT to help me. This is inexcusable and needs to be addressed immediately. I am also contacting corporate about this. I have experienced this in both the Leesburg AND Sterling Walmart locations.
I am very disappointed with Walmart at Compass Creek. I cannot rely on ordering my supplies online and then picking up, but I will have to try because Walmart obviously will not enforce the State requirement that all people age 5 and older wear a mask. I saw 2 young white guys walking together yesterday with no mask in sight, and I saw 1 white woman about 2 weeks ago doing the same. I reported this to a Walmart employee, but nothing happens. I guess they don't want to confront the person, which I understand because I didn't want to either. But Walmart needs to hire security to enforce the masks. This includes people who wear the mask below their nose. This summer, I saw children picking up apples and tasting them, then putting them back - their mother was on the phone not paying attention. I reported this to a Walmart employee who said she could not do anything about it. Be leary of buying anything that is not packaged at Walmart!
Hi Leesburg Walmart! You have many plant enthusiasts in your community who would love to shop at your store for houseplants. Your current stock is nice, but we're looking for the Trending Tropicals line. Many other Walmarts in the area are stocking the Costa Farms Trending Tropicals line in their stores, and selling out rather quickly. We would love to see the plants in your store as well. I would suggest ordering more than one display, as you will most likely be sold it very quickly.
Could your grocery delivery service be any more awful?? First time using it and not only is my order 25 hrs late at this point, there is no update, email, or communication. I even called the store and they don’t answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ll never use this service again and will spread the word of my experience.
I have been calling your store for 2 days. No one answers the phone. It just keeps ringing when you press "0". Is store management aware of this problem?
So this is the kind of people you hire????????
Welcome to Walmart!!!!
So this is the kind of HATEFUL people you hire?????????? Welcome to Walmart!
Can’t think of a worse customer service experience than Walmart grocery delivery. Nothing in stock, hit or miss delivery. I paid $98 for aggravation.
