Life Is About Balance
In spiritual circles today, everyone talks about ascension – but few speak of balance. In order to practice basic self-development or metaphysical development, in other words, we must be balanced. Without balance there would be no stability in being and no potential to become. Without balance, there is no ascension. Balance is the little mentioned and perhaps most important idea in Philosophy, Metaphysics, Hermetics, Spiritual Alchemy and all processes of Self-Development. Without balance there is hardly any ascension, and what ascension there is may be ascension in imbalance, which can obviously lead to tipping and descension. With balance, ascension is not difficult. In the spiritual world, "Balance" plays a very important role, for peace, happiness and joy. It should be remembered that "Balance" is a very powerful state in the universe.

The key to balanced health and sanity is Restoring Energetic Balance throughout all of the multidimensional body parts (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) of our consciousness. No other person can do this for us, we have to be willing to learn how by dedicating personal effort to achieve this for ourselves. Integrated Ascension is about achieving Energetic Balance in our multidimensional layers, therefore achieving Sacred Marriage between all of the layers and aspects of the self. This principle is true for all types of bodies. Restoring Energetic Balance is the process, which brings improved health, vitality, abundance, intelligence and energetic flow to all things. At the end of the day, everything comes down to balance. This is why having mindfulness practices allow us to pause, sit, and be with ourselves before making any swift decisions. Is it time to go seeking or is it time to just sit and be?

Self Inquiry, Self Awareness and Meditation to connect with our inner spirit, and make improvements every day to choose greater peace as a lifestyle.

Pay attention to the now moment, learn when to take action and when to be still.

Be True to You. Listen to the Spirit of Conservation to not waste or dissipate your energies.

Apply Accountability and Self-Responsibility to your words, behaviors, and actions.

Take Your Time Out So smile and be happy. This puts you in a state of balance automatically when you’re able to let some of those things go. Know that everything works out. Just go with the flow and see what comes.

A Clean Diet is a part of balance. And I’m gonna have to agree with that balance and being aware of what your body needs.

Ground Yourself Spend Time In Nature. Whether you live in the mountains, the woods, the desert or near the beach, spending time in nature can boost your spiritual health.

Surrender Yourself Surrender is a part of balance. Because sometimes when we’re trying to control everything. If we just let go of the controls, it’s gonna go on its own. So surrender to the process and allow the process.

This is why it is important that we ground ourselves into the Earth, be present, be still, and allow the river to carry us through the currents of Life. If we push ourselves or place expectations that evolution has to look a certain way, we are still running an old program that is based on self-judgment. This is not how we ascend individually or collectively. In our spiritual journey we will find that there is balance in all we do and when we are balanced we can reach very high levels of vibration that allow us to attract peace, love, joy, and prosperity into our personal, professional and spiritual lives.

How are we doing when it comes to balancing the yin with the yang? Our lifestyles are very yang right now. Yang is represented by the “doer,” whereas yin is represented by the “feeler.” The yang energy is rooted in fire, activity, competition, drive and conquest, but this needs to be balanced by the gentler energies of the yin which is rooted in water, receptivity, gentleness, and emotions. Too much yang can “burn” us out. It is too much fire. When burnt out, we need to embrace the yin in order to heal ourselves.

Spiritual balance – to understand how to achieve spiritual balance in life, we have to first understand what elements in ourselves we have to work on to get to that place. Remember balance is found within not without. Our entire presence on this earth is made up of these three simple things. Mind, Body and Soul. Think of it like this, It is our body which feeds our mind. So therefore we have to treat out bodies right. The mind plays an important role in connecting body with soul. Wisdom, contemplation and meditation is that which makes the mind connect to the soul and that which allows our bodies to work good deeds and do the things that we need to do. Connecting the soul to all of this is connecting our highest selves to the eternal collective of spirit. The more that we are connected to true self, the more we are connected to the collective consciousness and the more we can achieve spiritual balance and life balance.

No matter how far the material world advances, it cannot establish the happiness of mankind. Only when material and spiritual civilization are linked and coordinated will happiness be assured. When balance is achieved and harmony maintained, the four aspects can become one and create the reality you desire. The balance is between your spiritual and emotional selves, and your spiritual and material considerations. Balance in life! Life is such a balancing act: balance of head and heart, balance of family and work, balance of business and social and the balance of our spiritual and physical worlds.
