Yesterday was Day 1 of our weekend Mother’s Day workshops and it really got me reflecting on life and how short it is. When you look through your camera reel, moments from 10 years ago can feel like yesterday.

My mother is no longer with us, but seeing everyone spending time with their moms, loved ones, and friends who are moms really reminds me how important it is to slow down and reflect and appreciate the time we have. It’s all about these little moments to connect.

At the end of the day, all we really have our memories we take time to create together. Looking forward to Day 2.
