There are some great natural solutions here!
And a few I’d add: baking soda & water paste, lemon juice soaked swabs, lavender & tea tree oil, ice water OR hot water soaked washcloths, apple cider vinegar, or tea bag compresses.

haven’t posted for a minute but this needs to get out there.
how do you take care of yourself, beyond food & exercise? do you think about your mental health as much as you do your food? i feel like this area is sometimes glossed over, and it really needs to be front and center. do you have a “thing” that helps center and stabilize you? something that you do that completely absorbs your attention and everything else sort of melts away? this “thing” can take a while to to find, and it can change. if you don’t have a thing, or have no clue what I’m talking about or how to find yours, pls message me. i can & want to help!
for me, it’s a relatively new thing, and working in pottery has been a game changer. getting my hands dirty with clay, figuring out the different clay properties, the wheel, physics, balance, proportion, perspective, tools, steps, not to mention the millions of options with design & glazes - i am HOOKED.

these are my first attempt for a 🖤&🤍 “series” of tea mugs. cannot wait to fill them with antioxidant-rich green tea! they’re definitely beginner status, but I am in L😍VE with them.

This Spicy Plantain Black Bean Tacos recipe from @minimalistbaker is so spot on! And guess what? I’d never cooked plantain before- have you? Super simple! Next time I want to try roasting instead of frying. The plantain really complimented the textures of the beans, the guac, and the mango bell pepper salsa!
