Built this guitar out of mahogany and added a Purple Heart cap. The neck is also Purple Heart w/ a rosewood fingerboard. I used Schaller locking tuners, Schaller strap locks and the Schaller 3D6 bridge. The pickups are a set of Seymour Duncan APH-2s. I also included an on-board overdrive effect.

I've decided to follow my passion for building guitars. This is my first build entirely from scratch, though I've built a few partscasters previously. This one will have the Buzz Effects Overdrive pedal built-in. Haven't started the neck yet--still want a couple things before I start the neck so I can build it at the quality I'm after, but specs are listed below.
