Upon requesting samples of their products (which are shipped via Fedex at no charge to the consumer) a dedicated flooring specialist is assigned to their project. This specialist will walk the consumer through every aspect of the flooring purchase decision process, and ensure they've chose the right product for their project. They've also built relationships with many high quality flooring manufacturers, and have been able to pass along savings on these products due to the high volume of flooring they sell.
