Now through the end of January, our loyal customers get 50% OFF the annual participation fee ($9 value) for joining Project FeederWatch using the discount code: WBUPFW25. 🛒 Hurry! Offer expires January 31, 2025 and is valid for US customers only. Have fun counting the birds! ❤️

FeederWatchers periodically count the birds they see at their feeders from November through the end of April and submit their data. 📋 This helps scientists track movements of winter bird populations and long-term trends in bird distribution and abundance. 📊✨

Project FeederWatch is a winter-long survey of birds that visit feeders across North America. 🌎❄️ Operated by our partners at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Wild Birds Unlimited is a proud sponsor. 🎉 Learn more here: https://feederwatch.org/.

A bird's access to water in winter is extremely important. Clean feathers help birds stay warm, and a bird bath is often the only way to drink and bathe. Research has shown that a chickadee with well-maintained feathers can sustain a 70°F (21°C) layer of insulation between the outside air and its skin. We offer a variety of bird baths and bird bath accessories that will attract more birds to your yard, and help the birds survive winter. Shop now!

Below that, there is an illustration of two women birding together. One is a Black woman using a power wheelchair and wearing matching blue earrings and hoodie along with sneakers and pants, with binoculars around her neck at the ready. There is a bird perched on her power wheelchair arm. The other woman is white with pale purple hair, wearing a green outfit and a pink bandana, and stands next to the woman using a wheelchair, holding binoculars. Both women are smiling, and they appear to be enjoying the birding experience. On the right side of the image, there is the message:

Spicy foods aren't for everyone, including the critters that seem to empty your bird feeders. In fact, people, rodents and other mammals feel the burn when eating peppers. Birds do not.

That's a great tidbit of information to know when creating foods that can satisfy birds but deter animals, such as squirrels and raccoons.

We are proud to offer the widest variety of hot pepper bird foods on the market. Shop now and see how our hot pepper foods can help you regain control of your backyard.
