Afternoon Jam fiends!!!! This week I’m baking and jamming!!! Today I made lemon cookies and strawberry cookies with glaze. Espresso fudge!!! And pecan pralines! Wednesday will have 2-3 jams done including strawberry jam and next week I will doing carrot cake jam and white peach/rosemary which was a fave. May try something with nectarines as requested. Also prepping some watermelon rind pickles. Busy busy busy!!!

Good morning jam fiends!!!! Cranberry sauce is on the stove with a big batch. Pints only. Has orange, lemon, brandy, a but of spice, and a Touch of gran marnier!! Yesterday I candied the citrus fruit called Buddha hand!! Yum. Like gummy candy! Lot of jam coming in the next couple of weeks so tuned!

Afternoon jam fiends! It’s been a while but I’m making jam again! This week carrot cake jam, blood orange pepper jelly, apple butter and pear butter (with walnuts). Possibly tequila sunset.
