We are actively looking for a few cleaners for our event rental equipment. Days are flexible to work but you will mostly work Tuesday-Friday cleaning inflatables, and rental equipment. This does not require heavy lifting, but does require bending, stooping and crawling around in inflatables. So you must be physically capable to perform the duties. Hours are mainly during the day while school is in session so this is perfect for parents, college kids, or anyone looking for a change of pace.

In addition, you will be given the opportunity to get additional hours working on deliveries or as part of our event crews when needed.

Simply put, It's Time 2 Bounce is more than just your average event rental company. We are a full-service event rental company based in Fairview, TN and are currently servicing events throughout the Southeast and beyond!

It's Time 2 Bounce is looking for reliable Crew Members to help events run smoothly at our busy and growing Fairview, TN location. This is the perfect position for High Schoolers, The College Crowd, Those looking for a side hustle and someone who wants to make money. You will be in a variety of locations to include Churches, Schools, Colleges, Corporate settings, Personal Homes, Concerts, Sporting Events and more. You must be NEAT and CLEAN in appearance.

Will primarily assist with the setup/takedown of party rental attractions (inflatable units, non-inflatable games, tables, chairs & more) at a wide range of events. Additional duties include occasionally supervising attractions at events (as needed), delivery and maintaining/organizing equipment, and cleaning equipment at the warehouse.

Current openings include:
• Warehouse/Cleaning Crew Members – responsible for the preparation of orders, including loading/unloading, cleaning, counting and light maintenance of rental and lounge items.
• Delivery Crew Member – responsible to load and unload rental items from trucks and onto job sites in a safe and timely fashion.
• Delivery Drivers - responsible to operate the delivery truck to job sites and lead crew to ensure delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoices. Must be able to safely operate trucks up to 26’ and have valid and accident-free driving record. CDL not required but preferred.

Qualifications:
• Must be available to work weekends and late nights, especially during peak seasons (Spring, Fall)
• Must possess great customer service skills
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test and criminal background check
• Must maintain a working cellular phone.
• Must maintain a professional personal appearance
• Must be able to work in a warehouse and/or outdoor environment
• Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly.

Ideal candidates must be detail-oriented and VERY PUNCTUAL (being on time is a must!) with dependable transportation and good interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs., move 300+ lbs. with the help of a dolly, and an eye for detail is required.

Specifically looking for candidates who can work year-round.

We are Looking for a few individuals to join our team delivering fun to customers. PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING. Here are the minimum requirements.

1) Must be 16 or Older
2) Must work Saturdays( Yes every Saturday) and Most Sundays
3) must be neat, clean, and presentable
4) you do not need a driver license( helpful but not mandatory)

We are an event rental company that delivers, setup, and removes inflatables and event rental items in the greater Nashville area. We supply items such as bounce houses, slides, games, rides, tables, chairs, tents and more. There is no end to what we do.

You must be punctual and ready to work as a team member. All our trucks are manned by a minimum of 2 people, so you are never alone. You will learn to deliver, setup, take down rental equipment, as well as troubleshoot any issues.

You will deliver to all types of locations and must utilize all manners of respect to the privacy of our clients. You will not mention our clients names, locations, or take any photos of them, their guests or their property.
