come out for a community event and help rock a few blocks here in your downtown - - - Rock the Block Street Closures
Elmhurst City Centre's Rock the Block Party will soon be here! In preparation for the event, the City of Elmhurst announces the following street closures.

York St. from First St. to Second St., as well as Schiller St. from York St. to S. Palmer Drive will be closed starting on Thursday, September 4 at 10 p.m. The Schiller Parking garage will remain open, but will only be able to be accessed from First Street.

Due to these road closures, the Explore Elmhurst Express Trolley running on Friday, September 5 & Saturday, September 6 will have a slight route change. Stop 2, normally located on York St. and Schiller St. (in front of the City Centre Fountain) will be moved to York St. and First St. (north of the tracks).
