With 30+years of diverse experience between them they can diagnose and fix any problem, on any bike. In addition, Shape Shifters Wellness Center on-site focus' on the cyclist and will offer bike retrofit as well as classes and individualized conditioning programs, alternative health and holistic physical therapy.The bike is adjustable and the body is adaptable...together we understand that your bike fit is a process over a period of time. After an assessment we aim to maximize your fitness level through a personalized flexibility and exercise program by a Certified Bike PT.
