I’ve been waiting for this one. Distilled in Kentucky and aged in Memphis, this Blue Note Wheated is a completely different experience from the standard 101 proof release. At 117.6 proof, this one delivers bigger flavor, richer texture, and a bold finish that wheated bourbon fans are going to love.

Mash Bill:
70% Corn
21% Wheat
9% Malted Barley

Tasting Notes:
• Nose: Ripe peach, apricot, dark caramel, cinnamon, and fresh pie crust
• Palate: Velvety layers of sticky toffee, pastry sweetness, hazelnut, and sweet oak
• Finish: Medium-long with floral honeysuckle, honey, and lingering cinnamon spice
