🕯 Your Candle Has a Memory… 🕯

Okay, this might sound dramatic — but your candle remembers its first burn. And if it doesn’t go well… it might hold a grudge 👀

If you don’t let the wax melt all the way to the edges the first time, it can tunnel down the middle. That means wasted wax, shorter life, and frustrating relights (IYKYK).

✨ The magic rule: Burn for about 1 hour per inch in diameter on your first light. That’s your candle’s “memory burn.” For my candles, that's usually 2.5-3 hours.
