Our breads evoke a feeling of an olde world way of eating, and we pay special attention to detail and customer service. We also provide bread shares in Colorado Springs and Denver. In 2023 we built an outdoor wood oven, an

d we bake in that whenever the weather allows. We also take advantage of the lowering temperature after baking bread by dehydrating and slow cooking some of our other products. We currently have Colorado Springs Winter bread shares available for purchase in our SHOP! As in any share program you pay up front for a season of bread and help support our growing Cottage bakery. We took some time off at the end of the season to take a trip up through Montana and into Canada. It was a brilliant time of fellowship, connection, prayer, reflection and rest. We have another season of CSA at Chatfield behind us and look forward to focusing more on and local baking through the colder months.

Wednesday we will be at between 4-6 with a small market of baked goods. Hope to see you there!
