Keep Your Carts Running Smoothly

A few simple habits can help prevent clogs, leaks, and weak hits 👇

✅ Store It Properly
Always keep your cartridge standing upright (mouthpiece up) when not in use. This helps prevent oil from pooling in the center airway.

✅ Clear the Airway After Each Hit
After releasing the fire button, continue inhaling for 2–3 seconds to clear leftover v***r before it condenses inside the mouthpiece.

✅ Take Gentle Pulls
Avoid hard or extra-long drags. Pulling too aggressively can suck un-v***rized oil into the inner tube and cause clogging.

✅ Keep It at Room Temperature
Extreme cold thickens the oil, while excessive heat can cause leaking and pooling. Room temp is the sweet spot.

Already Clogged? Try This:

🔸 Use the Preheat Function
Run your battery’s preheat cycle once or twice to help melt hardened oil blocking the airway.

🔸 Warm It Up
Place the cartridge in a sealed waterproof bag and sit it in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. You can also use a hairdryer on low for 10–15 seconds to loosen the blockage.

A little maintenance goes a long way 💨

Tuesday Tip 🔥

Infused pre-rolls need a slower start than your standard roll - concentrates and flower burn at different rates, so an even light makes all the difference.

Hold your flame just at the tip (not directly in it) and gently rotate to toast the end until you see a small, even glow. Once it’s lit, take slow, steady puffs to keep things burning smoothly and avoid uneven runs.

A little patience up front = better flavor and a more consistent experience all the way through.
