The deli will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo on Wednesday. I'll have a menu tomorrow. I know it will include Santos' wildly popular Tortillo Chips, Gaucamole and Pico de Gallo, but I won't know what other regional dishes will be served up until late Monday afternoon. I will be doing samplings of some of the more traditional fare on Wednesday.

If you missed our Spring Food Fair, you missed a great time. We had over thirty sample stations and the Cherchie's Mushroom Chowder was a huge hit! Ask Becky about her recipes for frozen peach yogurt and sesame sugar snap peas. I'll be posting some of the recipes here this week, look for Thai Meatballs, they were outstanding.
