I had the opportunity to be sous chef for my favorite young chef. She is BOSS in the kitchen and can back it up! We started with chips and salsa. Then it was Chicken and shrimp fajitas with Mexican rice and a colorful “Happy Spring” salad. Her very own “Fancy Soda” to drink. And for dessert it was brownies a la mode with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Yes. You should be hungry now! It was BANGING!
