Great for beginners, you will learn how to self regulate emotions by using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support mental well-being and return to heart coherence and alignment.

✨ Certified Wayfinder Life Coach and EFT practitioner Molly Purvines will guide us through an evening of how EFT works, different points in the body, the science behind it, and more.

Don’t forget, today’s the day!!

Today (Saturday, Feb. 25th) from 6-8 pm, please come on out to The Bag Lady (1516 E. 4th St) for our Evening of Voices. We’ll be highlighting incredible local Black creators.
lows will be spinning groovy tracks, will provide delicious treats, and guest speakers / singers / artists (, .honey, , .gardenss, & Karl Brown, who doesn’t have Instagram) will bless us with their presence and talents.

Come shop, grab a chair in the event room before the presentations begin, dance up front with the DJ, and vibe with us. We’re so excited to see you soon. 🙏🏾💃🏽🎶💜

Registration is not required - just come on in!
We’ll be graciously accepting love donations for The Bail Project, a nonprofit that combats mass incarceration and challenges a system that criminalizes race and poverty.

That’s a wrap! 2022 is almost over, but we’re still buzzing with excitement from these past couple weeks. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday season, and a wonderful year.

We close at 5 pm on New Year’s Eve (last day of our 20% off sale!) and will be closed January 1st. We’ll also be closed on January 2nd, solely because it’s a Monday, and we are always closed on Mondays.
