🌳 Everyone knows how healing nature can be. There’s something so deeply grounding about being surrounded by trees. This class will explore tree ESSENCES & how to benefit from their use.
🎥 In this video, reader and shop co-owner Nami Nesterowicz demonstrates one way to receive messages from tree essences. You CAN ingest them, but you don’t have to. These powerful bottled essences capture the wisdom and healing of the trees used in each one, and the vibrations can be felt simply by holding the bottle.
🌲 Terri Songbird will be here on Nov. 18th for the $111.00 class, during which you’ll receive 2 complimentary essences. The course outline includes topics such as “What is a tree essence,” “Difference between a tree essence and a flower essence,” “How do they work,” “Using essences and the meridians,” “Meditation to the trees: finding your personal essence,” and general discussion regarding energy medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and essence therapy.
⭐️ Additionally, Terri will return on Saturday, Nov. 19th, from 2:30-6:30 pm, to offer Neuro Emotional Technique readings (one hour each). NET is a modality that identifies deeply buried emotional trauma and the age it occurred, then releases it through breath work and connection of certain acupuncture points. Clients often say that ONE session of NET benefited them more than years of talk therapy. Terri may also suggest certain tree essences to help you heal during these sessions, so please don’t hesitate to inquire further during your session.

We have a large selection of sound healing tools in the shop, ranging from singing bowls to cup gongs to tingshas.
Some of our metal singing bowls are antique hand hammered ones, while others are not hand hammered, but still quite magical, as they come from Tibet and Nepal. These antique bowls reflect decades of existence and resonate with deep wisdom. Each bowl has a distinct richness in its sound.
We also carry crystal singing bowls, some of which are infused with other stones. The powerful fusion of gemstones like amethyst, rose courts, and turquoise in a bowl made of clear quartz provides an amplification of the healing benefits of the stone, as well as the healing power of sound.
Additionally, in this video, we showcase how to use a cup gong, which resembles a tiny singing bowl. These are great at dissipating energy quickly. If you have stagnant energy in your body, a cup gong may be for you.

We are so excited to finally carry pure essential oils at The Bag Lady. Artisan Aromatics is based in Burnsville, NC, in the Cherokee National Forest.
Founded in 2010 by a neuropsychologist/aromatherapist and her husband, Artisan Aromatics prides itself on sourcing and providing only the highest quality essential oils. These are therapeutic grade oils, meaning they are the safest and most efficient oils available.(Fun fact: some local medical centers use this exact line of oils with patients, if patients voice interest in this form of healing)
As with all essential oils, a little goes a long way. Use them in our carrier oils (shown at the end of this video) for body and bath work, or to put in a diffuser.
