Cashiers-Highlands Plateau’s only single origin bean to bar, bean to jar and bean to bonbon chocolate company.

Good morning Cashiers!
We are of course open today 11am-3pm.

We have our retail space stocked and ready for single origin bean to bar, bean to jar and bean to bag purchases.

We also have our curated tasting flights for your enjoyment:
6 carefully curated cacao origins to sit and sample.

Should you want to sit, sip and sample we have our old world beers, vermouths and both still and sparkling wines. As well as our xocolatl sipping chocolate and cacao tea.

But yesterday a customer requested a glass of our elegantly beautiful Ama No To sake, the name translating to “Heavens’s Door.” This Tokubetsu Junmai sake is crisp, slightly dry, medium bodied with a subtle sweetness that compliments our chocolate gorgeously.

Come in today to settle and savor our chocolate with this sumptuous sake.

If you haven’t been in the shop for a while OR have never visited our award winning, single origin, bean to bar chocolate factory and lounge, there have been a few changes.

Come visit us at 188 Burns Street in beautiful downtown Cashiers for a tasting flight and a beverage.
All drinks have been carefully curated by our resident chocolate sommelier to pair gorgeously with our chocolate flight selections.

Good evening Cashiers.
The wait for our “official” opening is over.
Starting Thursday May 7 we will open our doors with regular hours, subject to change as season commences.

Our schedule for now will be:
Wednesdays—CLOSED but come find us Cashiers Village Green Farmers Market 11am-3pm
Thursdays—12pm-4pm
Fridays—12pm-4pm
Saturdays—11am-3pm

As we get rolling we will be serving beer and vermouth along side our Tasting Flight. Come in, order a chocolate flight and pair it with our beautiful white or red vermouth or our carefully curated old world beers. Moving along we will in future offer wines (red, white and sparkling) as well as sake, cacao tea and eventually drinking chocolate.

Please be patient with us and kind to us as we navigate the uncharted mountains of our first full season as Cashiers AWARD WINNING bean to bar chocolate company and lounge. Should you need chocolate on the days we are closed please visit our incredible retail partners: Village Pantry of Cashiers Fusion Yoga & Wellness_ One Wicker Cheese Co.

Our chocolate sommelier was busy potting today.

It was a terrific day of sculpting, chatting and color picking.
For a super fun event with friends and family the next best thing to a chocolate tasting at our shop is creating beautiful, functional art with Crowfoot Pottery.

Want to enjoy both chocolate and pottery? Join us and all the wonderful local vendors at The Village Green Farmers market weekly, kicking off the season Wednesday May 6, 11am-3pm.

Happy Hump Day, Cashiers.
Well, the results of our entry into the are in.
We are so honored to have been awarded the silver medal in the “Dark” category and VERY humbled to have been awarded the silver medal “Top Overall”.

This competition is judged by industry professionals and peers with entries from around the globe.
