Hey Restore friends!

We wanted to introduce you to this months volunteer spotlight, Hannah !

Hannah has been volunteering here at the Cary Restore for the last few months as she is working towards completing her sweat equity hours for the Habitat Homebuyer program!

She is always down to lend a helping hand and when not here at Habitat, you can find her working at the North Carolina School of Science and Math 🧪or knocking out some extra hours at one of our build sites 🔨🏠

This semester, three students from Cardinal Gibbons High School, Raleigh, NC spent their mornings volunteering at Habitat Wake ReStore - Cary through their Christian Service Leadership class. Alongside ReStore staff and volunteers, they learned hands-on skills while helping support Habitat Greater Raleigh’s mission of affordable housing.

The partnership between Habitat and Cardinal Gibbons extends beyond the ReStore as students regularly serve on our build sites each month. Their work with us reflects the power of the next generation stepping up to serve their community.
