Knights Cross, the massive crystal double old fashioned tumbler to commemorate the 700th anniversary of the most unjust conviction and brutal ex*****on of the Master of the Temple Jacques de Molay, as well as to celebrate seven centuries of tradition that outlived both him and his murderers. Deep cuts form eight Crosses of Lorraine, dividing the wall in twenty-four fields, whereof sixteen employ Crosses Formee cut out of twelve precise cuts. These fields are arranged to form four Greek Crosses divided by eight fields employing delicately cut rosettes. Its massive bottom employs the seventeenth, large deeply cut cross formee.

We designed a glass in honour of the 700th anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn. To take full advantage of the character of lead crystal (and we assure you it has quite some character), we entirely redesigned the layout of cuts, parting from traditional paradigm, thus changing the angles of cuts to break the light with incomparably higher luminosity and brilliance. Ten wide and deep vertical cuts divide this luxurious tumbler into five facets, whereof each employs a deeply cut Scottish thistle flower in the middle, with two saltire crosses above and below, obviously in honour of the Cross of St Andrew the Apostle, Patron Saint of Scotland, as well as the saltire from Bruce's ancestral Shield-of-Arms, and in honour of the national flag of Scotland. Finally, we adorned each saltire with a delicately cut fine matt lace and gave ten deep cuts to the massive bottom. As our Flower came to light, it became crystal clear (pun intended) that we made the glass shine like a diamond. Slainte mhath!
