We are set up today until 4pm. It’s the crisp fall day we have been waiting for to have an outdoor chocolate pop up. We have some old favorites and some fun new vegan white chocolate available. Presenting Oat Latte. For this bar we swirled an oat milk white chocolate with a Peru dark chocolate infused with Ethiopian coffee. The result is both creamy and fruity with a bit of buzz. I just love how this pour came out looking like oat milk infusing into an espresso.

We are back from our summer break with a brand new bar. Introducing Coco-nibs! Vegan coconut based white chocolate with cocoa butter from Ecuador speckled with cocoa nibs from Peru. It’s a cookies and cream bar all grown up. Sweet, creamy, crunchy and very snackable. This bar and some other new additions will be available this Saturday .

We have two new bars for those who like their dark chocolate a little sweeter. Both of these bars are 60% dark chocolate with the same process but they taste very different. Sur del Lago from Venezuela is comforting and nutty. While Tabaquite from Trinidad is fruit forward with a spice finish. We are live for pre-orders for curbside pickup at . Reserve your chocolate online before Friday and it will be ready during market hours to be picked up before you leave so it doesn’t melt.

Y’all it’s strawberry season and we are celebrating the only way we know how; by making chocolate! For this bar we flip the ratio on a chocolate covered strawberry. To make our strawberry white chocolate we start with fruity cocoa butter from Tanzania and blend in freeze dried strawberries, sugar and oats. This bright and fresh strawberry vegan white chocolate is drizzled over our Pangoa dark chocolate from Peru balancing the sweet, tart and bitter. A selection of our chocolates is currently available for preorder for this Saturday's Pepper Place market curbside pick up. Follow the link below and place your order by 8am Friday then pick it up without even leaving your car between 7 and noon on Saturday. This week we also have cocoa powder available which is a great addition to your Easter baking. While you are there pick up some spring produce and meats from local farmers.

Oh you thought we were done with Valentine's surprises? Well we couldn't miss this holiday without making some bonbons. Only available this weekend at Harvest Roots Ferments our sweet and spicy vegan bonbon box. This box includes two of each so you can share, or not. First up a spicy vegan truffle with a blend of dried chilis and warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Then for the sweet side we have a gooey salted caramel enclosed in dark chocolate. You don't want to miss these!

We are very excited about this collab with . We took everything we love about their Elderberry Wisdom Kombucha and combined it with our dark chocolate from Nicaragua. This bar reminds me of a great chocolate and wine pairing. Sweetness and cocoa hit you first and then you get the deep fruitiness from the dried elderberries that are blended in, some warm spice from the cinnamon and hint of lemongrass that is infused into the cocoa butter.
