Hi everyone. It’s almost here again. Sundays are for self care. This Sunday I am guiding a sound bath at the Wellness of Oz yoga studio in Burbank. I have put together my knowledge of hypnotherapy and sound healing for a one of a kind sound bath hypnosis. Sound therapy has so many benefits both short and long term like soothing stress and anxiety, calming an overactive mind, bringing your energy body back into balance, clearing energy blocks, healing childhood trauma and even ancestral trauma that you weren’t aware that you were carrying and so much more.
