Attended an event led by Dr. Carl Suddler, Professor of History at Emory University, for The Pellom McDaniels Sports History Program;
This year’s program aligns with Emory’s Footwork initiative and Atlanta’s role as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, spotlighting athletes as agents of change and the ongoing pursuit of equity in professional sports in the southeast.
