I've been trying to figure out what to do with all these vhs tapes I have left from using the covers to make notebooks. Someone in the Hastings group I'm in give me the idea of gutting it and adding fairy lights. So here's that finished product. I really think it's nostalgic and a nice conversational piece. My Mom gave me a bunch of fairy lights, I'll have to see if I can find more to make these and if it'll be cost effective.

Finally used my binding machine I thrifted forever ago. I made these VHS cover notebooks. They will be in my booth at The Junk-tion (908 Towson Ave Ft. Smith) tomorrow.
I just bought some old romance books that I plan on turning into notebooks as well. These are super fun to make and have about 30 pages in them.

A few weeks ago I found a Happy Thoughts jar at Goodwill. I bought it and planned on doing an art project with it. I found the cloud canvas at Ross for $3.99 and it looked perfect!!
Cut to today when I glued them all on the canvas.
Now I have to figure out what to seal it with and if I want to add anymore embellishments to it. Best $5 I've spent on an art project.
