1)Dry Them:Bundle stems together and hang upside down in a warm, airy room. When completely dry, crumble the leaves into spice jars. 2)Freeze Them: Chop herbs and fill ice cube try. Pour water into each herb-filled section and freeze. 3)Refrigerate Them:There are several brands of "keep-it-fresh" produce... bags on the market. They work well to preserve herbs for several weeks.
