From a marketing perspective, grocery stores always seemed to be a sleepy, amorphous category without a lot of brand innovation.

What's yours?

If you've got a Trader Joe's in your neighborhood, chances are it's your go-to supermarket. It's cheap, convenient, and the snacks are unbeatable. It sounds crazy, but I often stand on the checkout line for 30 minutes and then take the subway home with my groceries just so I can have my favorite

We love this Trader Joe's - the products and most especially, the staff! It kinda feels like a visit to friends! I also want to share that we LOVED TJ's Lemongrass Chiken Stix. Really disappointed that they've been discontinued. How do we bring them back?
Horrible, horrible shopping experience. I will not be back. Advertising senior hours is an absolute lie. Myself and at a least 5 other senior clients questioned your greeter about all of the obviously younger people walking in. He said he can't stop them. However, at no point did he mention to all shoppers that this was senior hour. Costco, target & safeway all have personnel at door reminding everyone that it is senior hour. The younger folks generally reply, OK, and wait till the proper time. In fact, as we waited on line to be let in, folks walked right past us and the greeter bypassing the line. Shame on you TJ for caring more about profits than lives.
We know your employees are working hard during this uncertain time and may be struggling to find childcare. We are reaching out to our local essential businesses to let you know that we do still have some KinderCares open, servicing children of essential workers. Please see the attached flyer and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
I was VERY disappointed to open your can of Coconut Milk and find out that the lining is NOT BPA Free! I bought four of them and yes I will be returning them but why are you selling can’s of food with BPA linings! The way you can tell if a can if NOT BPA free is if the lining is white.
Such a bummer this page isn't maintained! I live just a few blocks from this TJs. It's an awesome store!
HATE the new butter croissants...please bring back the old ones. These are sold as having the benefit of not having to proof them overnight. The problem is, even when you do proof for 30 minutes, they never get any larger than when they are frozen. The old ones were so light and fluffy. Bring em back!!!!
I'm not sure what her name is, but a very kind and sympathetic cashier at the last register by the door today really touched my heart. I was telling her how I wasn't really ready for Christmas because we had just buried my father on the 1st. After she packed my bags and gave me my receipt, she also gave me a bouquet of flowers. It really touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. It was such a compassionate gesture. I brought the flowers home to my mom and she loves them. So, thank you, you dear, kind soul. ❤️
Your check out lanes are a disaster.
Don't try their full fat mozzarella- I made a salad with it, and it was one of the worst things I ever put in my mouth. And this is coming from a Swiss person- I love cheese!

Trader Joe's is one of a number of companies that has been asked to stop purchasing Mexican shrimp. From 1990 to 2010, the Mexican shrimp industry was primarily responsible for the loss of over 70 percent of the vaquita population. There are now only 30 left in the whole world. Trader Joe's, please stop supporting the Mexican shrimp industry, before we lose the vaquita forever.
