The Creekview Farm Hot Cider Recipe
We have been asked to share the recipe for the famous (?) Creekview Farm Hot Cider that we serve up on those cold days.
1 Gallon of Virginia Cider (we get ours from Wi******er)
1 Cup of Orange Juice (no pulp)
1 Tablespoon of Cloves
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
1/4 brown sugar (packed)...you can add more if you want it a little sweeter.
Simmer for about an hour...

Hello Friends! We are busy getting ready for the new season. We are only going to open for two weekends this year (Sorry!) as we are inbetween growth patterns. Mother Nature got us a few years ago with a really bad season and its now catching up with us.
