Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Spokane Tribal Enterprises CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees and supports all administrative and operational functions of designated STE entities. The COO will directly supervise assigned General Managers.

The COO provides leadership and direction to ensure excellent customer service, efficient and cost-effective operations, profitability, regulatory compliance, and asset protection. The COO will develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion, in collaboration with CEO, Enterprise Board of Directors (EBOD) and Managers.

This position requires professional level abilities to apply a wide range of administrative, technical, or managerial methods to solve operational, administrative, or technical problems. Requires general understanding of operating policies and procedures as well as the ability to apply these to complex administrative problems. Requires continuous close attention to details and the ability to produce accurate results even in high-pressure time-constrained situations.

Please join us for the Fort Spokane Half Marathon/10k/5k. This race is held on the Spokane Indian Reservation (virtual is also an option) and is to bring awareness to the atrocities that happened at boarding schools across North America. The course is a mixture of pavement and dirt road with views of the Spokane River and will finish at Fort Spokane, an old military fort that was once converted into a Boarding School.

All proceeds will be donated to the National Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition.
