I’ve learnt to celebrate every win, nothing like a small win this side of town 💪🏽

I’ve learnt patience in everryyyyy sense of the word... Oh! Patience banange really is a virtue 🙆🏾‍♀️ . I used to just really like using that line meanwhile but trust me PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE! 🤣

I’ve learnt to ask for help and accept it too whenever it’s offered anytime, anywhere . It’s crazy how I used to always feel like I was probably being a burden to the support system around me.
Trust me, they’re more than glad to help but still don’t forget that they’ll still move on easily to the next thing they’ve got on their to-do list once you start with the “no it’s fine” 🤣🤣

Last and never been least ... GOD is for you. GOD loves when we call on Him. I get so much peace knowing that whatever I ask for , I have received already.

COLIC must be the most said and dreaded word both pre and post natal 🤣

The good news is that it’s part of baby’s progress, Mama and it shall pass!🤗

I used to just throw around the word but What I’ve learnt is that it’s got a lot more to do with babies' digestive systems developing which comes with discomfort for them . Basically colic is defined as excessive crying associated with that phase This may be caused by the reduced ability to digest lactose or protein, or a lower of healthy gut bacteria.

Now you’re wondering what does this somehow pricey APTAMIL massape have to do with all this? 😂

Anything extensively researched is a solution and we’re all about solutions, mama 😉
