What does digital transformation really mean today—and where is it taking us next? 🤔

In a recent Learning at Minor session with Dr. Wit Sittivaekin, we explored the evolving landscape of digital transformation—moving beyond buzzwords to gain a deeper understanding of how technology is reshaping the way we think, work, and create value.

No technology changes the world overnight. Every innovation is built step by step. Technology is not about chasing trends, but about understanding real business challenges and applying the right tools to solve them with purpose.

Thank you, Dr. Wit Sittivaekin, for the inspiring session and for sharing such thoughtful and valuable perspectives.

In times of uncertainty, fear is inevitable but so is opportunity. It belongs to those who stay alert, act with urgency and courage, and remain anchored in their core values and long‑term vision to remain relevant and competitive.

Meet our founder, William Heinecke, in an exclusive video podcast, Bill Unplugged. Reflecting on 2025, a year marked by progress and continued transformation, he shares what we have achieved, where we stand today, and how we move forward from here. He offers candid insights into the mindset needed to unlock potential in uncertain times, by focusing on what truly defines our strengths, what we do exceptionally well, and where we genuinely differentiate ourselves.

Welcoming the next generation to the Minor family ✨

Through our vocational education development programme, participants gain real‑world, hands‑on experience while building meaningful connections with colleagues and mentors who support them every step of the way.

Ornvalun Sivaleepunth, Chief People Officer of Minor Food, warmly welcomed the participants with a motivational address, encouraging them to actively learn, grow, and make the most of this journey. More than understanding the business, this experience is about discovering what truly matters, shaping career aspirations, and building the confidence to move forward with purpose.

Challenges will arise, but they are part of the journey. They build resilience, strengthen character, and prepare our future talents for what lies ahead.

At Minor, no one walks this path alone. We are committed to supporting every step of their development and helping turn aspirations into reality.

Exploring how AI agents and orchestration come together in harmony 🤖✨

In the age of AI, workflows are becoming simpler, smoother, and more intuitive. At the same time, human‑centred AI ensures that judgment remains sharp, collaboration stays strong, and ethics and data protection remain at the core.

Guided by an expert in the field, Dr. Napat Jatusripitak, we explored how AI agents and orchestration can work seamlessly together. Through hands‑on learning and real‑world business cases, we learned how to leverage AI tools—such as Claude and other platforms—to transform trusted data into better decisions and meaningful insights.

At Minor, we continuously prioritise our people by equipping them with new capabilities through our Learning at Minor series—empowering our teams to grow, adapt, and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Thank you, Dr. Napat Jatusripitak, for inspiring us and guiding us on this meaningful learning journey.

Elephants are a vital part of Thailand’s heritage, and safeguarding their future begins with knowledge shared and gained together.

In December 2025, Dr. Narueporn Kittisirikul - Veterinarian, Lampang Elephant Hospital, National Elephant Institute Forest Industry Organization, represented Thailand at the International Elephant Conservation and Research Symposium and the Global Elephant Endotheliotropic Herpesvirus (EEHV) Summit 2025 in the USA. Supported by the Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation, she shared Thailand’s experience in elephant care while gaining global insights to strengthen conservation efforts back home.

Her journey reflects the true spirit of Give To Gain - where sharing knowledge helps protect what we value most, and investing in women’s leadership creates lasting impact for the future.

When a leader gives trust, people step up. When a colleague shows compassion, others follow.

At Minor, “Give to Gain” is not defined by titles or job descriptions - it is defined by how people show up when it matters. These stories may unfold in different contexts: one leading hundreds of teams, another responding to a crisis. Yet they are connected by the same truth: giving does not depend on scale; it depends on intention.

Read our team members’ stories and stay tuned for more inspiring journeys as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026.

Together, we kicked off the first Minor International Town Hall of 2026 — a meaningful moment to align on our shared direction, celebrate our achievements from last year, and prepare to unleash the limitless potential of our people and our company.

We began with an inspiring address from our Group CEO, Dillip Rajakarier, who recapped our 2025 performance and shared our goals for 2026 and beyond. The highlight of the event was a panel discussion featuring our leadership team — Chaiyapat Paitoon (CFO), Aurakanda Attavipach (CPO), and Michael MacDonald (CTO) — who reflected on accomplishments across key business areas and shared their personal aspirations for 2026, motivating all of us to elevate our capabilities and expertise.

We wrapped up the session with an inspiring closing remarks from our founder, Bill Heinecke, followed by a fun quiz game for all participants with special prizes from our executives — a memorable and energetic finish to our first gathering of the year.
