A couple of years ago, while in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Jake used to visit my workshop.

Now visiting Lisbon from Washington for a very special reason, I had the pleasure of welcoming him again, this time at my new workshop.

It's always a joy to reconnect with clients who become friends along the way.

and for reconnecting with my work once more, in a second continent!

Un nuevo capítulo comienza en Lisboa.

Mi nuevo taller tendrá su hogar en parte de un clásico edificio lisboeta del siglo XVIII, que se mantuvo en pie por siglos y sobrevivió al gran terremoto de 1755.
Las piedras que aún se ven en sus muros fueron colocadas a mano por artesanos de otros tiempos.
Muy pronto, este lugar lleno de historia, con vista al castillo de San Jorge, irá tomando forma.
Un espacio donde el tiempo dejó su huella, y donde ahora, con mi taller, seguiré apostando a lo hecho para durar.

A new chapter begins in Lisbon.

My new workshop will find its home in part of a classic 18th-century Lisbon building — one that has stood for centuries and survived the great earthquake of 1755.
The stones still visible in its walls were placed by the hands of artisans from another time.
Very soon, this space full of history, overlooking the São Jorge Castle, will begin to take shape.
A place where time has left its mark — and where now, with my workshop, I’ll keep believing in things made to last.
