Don Ricardo’s Chocolate Shop had the privilege of hosting Senator Kiko Pangilinan, Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food and Agrarian Reform, along with our hardworking local cooperatives. They sat down right here at our shop in Brgy. Apopong to discuss the co-implementation of the Sagip Saka program in our region.
