How Baddies and Sportsmen Manage Loss and defeat

Israel Adesanya recently lost a fight and he's already focusing on the next fight... No time to mourn the defeat.

Baddies do not cry over lost love. They easily move on. You will even question if they ever loved the person they lost. They have learnt how to love without attaching their identity and worth with the person they love so if the relationship ends, they too won't end with the relationship.

Know these:

Defeat doesn't mean you are not good enough...

Losing something or losing a relationship to someone else doesn't mean they are better than you...

How you feel when you lose a fight is more important than the fight you lost.

Do not be defined by your defeat or loss....
