We are shipping Monday and Tuesday via Fedex or UPS 2-day Air and Wednesday and Thursday via Fedex or UPS Overnight. We will ship to your door if your daytime temperatures are between 60 - 80 Fahrenheit. IF below 60 or above 80, we will ship to your choice of Fedex station which can be easily located at www.Local.Fedex.com. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact your selected station in order to ask a manager for permission for Fedex to drop your package there and arrange for pick-up hours. Upon confirmation, you need to inform us by eBay messenger, the Fedex location manager's name, address and phone number. Of course, should you want your order sooner, you would only pay the difference between the actual cost of our free 2-day shipping and overnight shipping.

We guarantee that your Catfish, Plecos and Corydoras will arrive alive while still in our shipping bag. With thipping to your home, your order must be accepted with carrier's FIRST delivery attempt. We do require an adult signature so you or your designated adult person should begin acclimating your order promptly. With shipping to your designated Fedex station, your order must be accepted same day as arrival. Your two hour reporting window will begin upon your acceptance of your order at the designated Fedex station. We recommend immediately opening the shipping bag/s in order to determine any D.O.A. Upon opening the bag/s, should you have a D.O.A. then please take TWO clear pics and send to me via eBay messenger. My guarantee is now fultilled. If you are not familiar with this process simply ask. Shipping costs are not refunded! We will determine to either refund the cost of the fish or to re-ship a replacement.
