In the workshop of calligraphy at Atelier Naoko, one artist participated and tried to do performance and session with Ayuko Kaji, calligrapher of Manabiya Hyotan.
She wrote famous zen poem, ichigo ichie, “one time, one meeting”.Her fashion was so cool to wear Kimono as a coat and original pants with pattern drawn by Japanese ink.
Her shirt was also her original which was tie-died. It was so nice!!

アトリエナオコの習字ワークショップで、アーテイストの方が参加されました。講師である学び舎ひょうたんの
鍛冶先生と大きい紙でのパフォーマンスセッションを楽しみました。書は一期一会です。
彼女のファッションもとても素敵で、着物をコートとして軽くまとい、パンツも墨で描いたオリジナルです。
シャツも自分で作った絞り染だそうです。

In the calligraphy class, you can write your favorite word in Japanese.It is very interesting that everyone has each different word with originality.
習字のクラスで好きな言葉を書いて貰っています。皆、好きな言葉に個性が出て面白いです。

In the calligraphy class at Manabiya hyotan, I learned that the left-handed persons should practice holding their brush with their right hands. The progress of doing with right hand is much faster than using their stronger hands. A left-handed participant proved that.
Please see her masterpiece, 幽玄, mysterious beauty. This is amazing! Fantastic art!! Her posture of writing was perfect!

学び舎ひょうたんさんの習字教室で、新たなことを学びました。
習字は左手では練習が難しく、習字の時は左利きの生徒さんも右手でれ練習するほうが進歩が早いそうです。今回、左利きの参加者が、利き手ではない右手で練習し、見事に「幽玄」を書き上げました。力強く、私は凄く好きな字です。彼女の習字を書く姿勢も完璧なものでした。

The calligraphy lessons for foreigners are opened. The cherry blossoms are also bloomed in the class room of “Manabiya hyotan”.
The guest can draw their favorite words in Japanese. Those are 2 masterpieces that American father and his daughter wrote.
Father chose “ success” and “ strong” as his favorite word. I think he has a good talent of calligraphy. The touch is very strong on the basis of calligraphy skill. His daughter chose “ dream” . 「学び舎ひょうたん」で外国人のための習字教室が開かれました。桜が教室の中でも咲いてました。
アメリカ人親子の作品を紹介します。好きな言葉を最終的に書くのですが、お父様は「成功、力」を選択しました。
とても力強いタッチで才能を感じます。娘さんは「夢」です。字からもやさしさがあふれています。

Conveyor belt sushi has become one of Japnese culture. But, the image is a casual resutaurant and a family place with children. We introduce a conveyor belt sushi restaurant for adults, Ginza Numazu-kou. We can taste high-grade sushi in casual atmosphere.

One family from California joined our Origami lesson. First of all, we made a paper crane, which is the one of the oldest origami models in the world. Next, as the advanced lesson, we made the roses with box. They were so good students that they could understand soon and progress well.　
カリフォルニアから家族4人で折り紙レッスンに参加して戴きました。基本の折り鶴とBox付きの薔薇の花です。皆さんとても習得が早く、スムーズに折って、優秀な生徒さんでした。
