Aarunya — inspired by “the first rays of the rising sun” — is our commitment to creating structured learning pathways that elevate the frontline workforce that powers our 19 urban consumption centres. These teams are the foundation of customer experience, operational excellence, and brand trust — and their growth is central to the future of Indian retail.
To this end, Medhavi Skills University and Nexus Select Trust have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co-create and deliver a first-of-its-kind suite of educational programmes in Mall Management. For many of our frontline colleagues, formal education was once out of reach. Aarunya changes that — the collaboration will upskill and develop the skill-sets of the frontline teams deployed at the Nexus Select Malls across 15 cities.
This initiative strengthens our belief that inclusive growth is strategic growth.
