With recent changes to PBA rules regarding the use of traditional Urethane, Hammer took on the challenge of producing a ball that would mimic the performance attributes of the famous Purple Pearl Urethane Hammer without using Urethane and they nailed it !

🎳 🎳 Huge congratulations to Fran’s Pro Shop player Alan Bride on a fantastic qualifying set this weekend in Leisureplex Coolock, with 5 game total of 1319 which included games of 300, 299, 224, 228, 258 - amazing performance all using his Hammer Purple Urethane. Alan also went on to finish runner up and just missed out in the final. Also let’s not forget to mention our other players Gareth Shannon & Aoife Hall on an amazing performance at the weekend. Gareth ended up finishing joint 3rd and Aoife just missing out on the quarter finals

We’re back !!🥰🥰 Hi all 👋👋 it’s fantastic to be able to get back to the sport that we love and with restrictions easing we’ll be back to league season & competitions with some centres starting. With that in mind please remember while we were in lockdown some things changed in relation to weight(balance) holes and 2 handed players. Hi all, Fran’s pro shop was delighted to be able to assist ESB Science Blast & provide them with a bowling ball & the ability dor them to hang a bowling ball from a rope for their science experiment. Fast forward to ‘19m26s’ for footage of them using the bowling ball.
Delighted to say it worked out very well for them.
😁😁 on a side note, the easing of restrictions will hopefully see us all back playing the sport we love. See you all very soon .
