Job Brief:
Azuzaonline is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Agent to join our online sales and marketing team to attract and win new clients, and maximize profitability within his or her sales territory. Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested shoppers to sign up with their products on the site.
Field Agent Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate leads
• Educate potential customers about our Products/Services and assist them to sign up to the site with his/her products
• Encourage existing customers to increase services
• Ensure positive visual representation of products
• Contribute to business growth
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• To follow up on clients who have sign up or promise to sign up to the site.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Produce daily report
Field Agent Requirements and Qualifications
• High school or diploma certificate
• Sales experience is a plus
• Ability to operate smartphone and tablet
• Customer service skills
