I have made up a gorgeous set of 5 x 100ml bottles. I thought these would be useful for travelling with or for the gum, or maybe a ‘just because’ treat for yourself.

I tried to tick many boxes - the pudding is a great rescue treatment, shampoo to clean the hair, conditioner to nourish. A lovely fresh body wash and then a luxury lotion to lash on and seal in the moisture.

Extra Cleansing Shampoo & Conditioner

The ‘extra cleansing’ doesn’t mean harsh or stripping, literally cleansing for the hair and scalp.

The main benefit of using lemon oil for hair care is actually to help control oil buildup, and maintain a healthy scalp. Tea tree oil is derived from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolia plant, this oil can help with skin infections and other inflammatory ailments. It’s also known to help clean the hair, keep it strong, and reduce dandruff.

Dandruff is caused by an accumulation of scaly, dry skin on your scalp. If left untreated, the dead skin buildup could ultimately hinder hair growth. A shampoo containing tea tree oil can provide both antifungal and antibacterial benefits. This means it will get rid of what’s causing the dead skin on your scalp.

If you’ve ever used my popular nettle and rosemary shampoo bar you may have seen the benefits of nettle leaf. Not only does nettle help in combating hair loss, it also helps in hair re-growth. Nettle leaves are rich in silica and sulphur. This helps in making hair shinier and healthier.

All in all this shampoo and conditioner are an absolute treat for your hair and scalp. If you don’t use shampoo, that’s fine, the conditioner works brilliantly alone and still offers the same benefits listed above.

Extra Cleansing Hair Pudding

I have designed this product to act as a pre poo treatment in dry hair that melts away tangles and actively treats and repairs both the hair and scalp . It can be followed by a shampoo cleanse after fully rinsing out.
If you wish to use in wet hair this also makes it an easy to use Cowash product prior to following the rest of a conditioner washing routine.

This cleansing hair pudding is vitamin rich and contains fatty acids that are essential for hair health , growth and scalp dryness prevention of flakes .

Seabuckthorn is one of the key ingredients in this hair pudding , it has amazing properties that I have studied at length to find the one that really packs a punch when it comes to haircare. With naturally occurring vitamin A, B and E that provide rejuvenation to the hair to combat dry , brittle hair and promote strength.

Seabuckthorn also provides a vegan source of the fatty acid omega 7 as well as amino acids that help rebuild and strengthen hair with the omega 7 supporting hair elasticity and also repair dry and damaged hair.

Panthenol (pro vitamin b5) is included and acts as secret hair superhero offering protection as well as intensive hydration. Maintenance of moisture in the hair and scalp can be troublesome for most but especially difficult in curly/ coily hair due to the structure of the hair . Panthenol comes to the rescue here as an incredible moisture agent to drive moisture deep where it’s needed in the hair and scalp protecting the hair fibres and also reducing scalp irritation.

Using the cleansing, antibacterial and anti fungal properties of lemon and tea tree essential oils this will ensure that both the hair and scalp remain fresh, clean and revitalised.

Lemon & Eucalyptus Body Wash

For use in the bath or shower these body washes smell delicious and leave the skin feeling clean and rejuvenated.

The body washes can also be used as a bubble bath if you wish, they do not leave the bath or shower slippery.

The Lemon and Eucalyptus oils leave the skin feeling clean and invigorated.

Luxury Hand & Body Lotion

So this has all the goodness and non of the weight. It’s also free of phalates , parabens, sulphates and it gluten free (many creams aren’t. ) it’s also vegan friendly.

This moisturiser is so light it’s also suitable for the face! It’s easy to rub it, so great for if you’re in a rush or just want a quick routine.

(Re) Introducing the Soaps For Little Suds Superfood Facial Oil.

So other than washing my face with soap I don’t usually put anything other than suncream on my face. Mainly laziness / lack of time.

I am a changed woman and my face is thankful after just a few weeks ! I’ve been using this for 3.5 weeks now and the bottle still looks full !

The oil helps to brighten the completion and improve the tone of any dull skin. Skin needs a healthy balance of oils and water to keep its natural barrier strong, preventing dullness, redness and dehydration, promoting balance, even tone, softness, smoothness and glow.

Face oils help create a barrier on the skin, softening and sealing the skin, preventing water loss and adding a radiant, beaming glow.

Let’s look a little closer at some of the ingredients.

Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Citrullus Lanatus (Watermelon) Seed Oil, Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Seed Oil, Fragaria Ananassa (Strawberry)
Seed Oil, Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Seed Oil, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Fruit Oil, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil

Apricot oil which is rich in vitamin A and assorted minerals. It is used it to soften, seal in moisture and as an effective emollient.

Watermelon seed oil contains a rich source of beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant and one of the most beneficial vitamins for the healing and repair of the skin. Naturally rich in other vitamins, minerals, fatty acids & antioxidants, it helps to restore, nourish, and helps dissolve excess sebum build up, to maintain a clear and healthy complexion.

The facial oil is enriched with Strawberry seed oil,which is rich in Omega 6&9, but its magic ingredient is ellagic acid, which is a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties, helping preserve collagen, and brighten skin.

Pomegranate oil helps with collagen production, as it acts as a free radical scavenger, boosting restoration and repair of the skin.

The facial oil also contains Kiwi seed Oil which contains a high concentration of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) to help maintain moisture in the skin and prevent drying, and Rosehip oil which is rich in Vitamin A and minerals, offering natural antioxidant properties and is known for its anti-ageing and brightening properties.

The oil blend has been enriched with Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, to preserve the richness of the facial oil.
