Yesterday I climbed the beautiful mount Snowdon with friends.

Today marks the start of a very busy week. On Saturday Manchester Roller Sports will be clearing out Ardwick Sports Hall

I'm looking forward to spending time with parents and players from Arcadia Roller Derby, Manchester Roller Hockey Club and Manchester Roller Skating

3 days ago, Katy, booked to go to Malmo for WFTDA Champs. Whilst she did that, and danced around excitedly, I stole her passport and told her she wasn't allowed it back until she had done 101 tasks for her shop launch.

So far, she has completed 8 of 101 tasks. These 8 tasks have seen her double her social media following, increase her reach by 732%, have 100 products on her website, have a draft campaign that's beginning to look pretty awesome and more importantly, smile whilst doing each task, knowing she is heading in the right direction.

I am super super proud.

Katy is on one of her last shifts today, so progress will be a little more relaxed whilst she saves the lives. But she has 12 hours out in the real world.

Task #9) talk through your business plan and model with whoever you're on shift with today and ask their opinions and ideas. Do the same with anyone else today who mentions your shop or you leaving your job.
