Yep, that’s 2 burgers, chips, and a salad, and there was dessert too.
I earned this by following the meal plan that provided me with at the start of our journey. I NEVER thought I could look like this. Do I get hungry? Yes. Do I tell my coach about it? Yes. This is when he says “Danny, you’ve earned that, go eat some food”
It resets the hunger, my brain, my digestion.
I’ve said it before. If you’re looking for a coach that knows how to tune a human body then go to and look for MATT SMITH
He’s the boy you need 💪💪

I seem to get lots of appreciation posts from my Personal Trainer, so I thought it was about time I reciprocated.
I started training full time with Matt in December 2024. We spent that month getting to know each other properly, got thru Christmas and then at the turn of the New Year we hit the eating plan, the training plan and the consistency plan.
Since then, we’ve trained, together, solidly for 4 sessions per week. Matt hasn’t had a single break, holiday, or time away. He’s as focussed on me, as me!
There’s simply so many things that I can say about this man, all good. There’s never a negative..
If you are serious about wanting take change yourself, and want actual instruction, from someone that actually understands how to tune a human body then hit up, NOW.
He hasn’t surprised me. He’s done what he said he’d do. The consummate professional. Thanks Matt. The journey is far from over too…..

8 years ago today I started this crazy venture.
Thanks to all of you for supporting me.
Some of you have been with me all the way along, and that means so much to me.
To all my customers, current and past. Thank you for whatever part you have played or still play in keep my business going.
To all my staff, past & present, I thank you all too.
To all my suppliers, thank you for your produce.
